- transmission of all correctly transmitted APRS beacons
into the APRS internet system (APRS IS)
- transmission of selected data from the APRS IS onto the North Queensland

- Computer Software, uiVIEW 2.03 running on Microsoft Windows XP SP2
- Radio Modem, MFJ 1270B TNC running TheFirmware 2.7, 9600Bd on serial
port, 1200Bd on radio port with squelchless receive
- Radio Hardware, AWA RT-85A transceiver modified for 2metre operation,
switchable 4W or 20W transmitter
- Radio Frequency, 145.175MHz, the Australian national 2metre APRS frequency.
- Operational since 22nd February 2008, previously operating for 15years
as a Packet Radio BBS using paKet5.1 then FBBS
